Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receipt to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all furniture items are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging to guarantee safe transport back to our warehouse.

  Inspection Process

  Once your items arrive at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the pieces for any signs of wear or damage to ensure they meet return eligibility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Following a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
